Founded by Shannon Dunn, Elizabeth House is a reflection of her refined aesthetic and decades of experience in residential design. After years of leading both custom builds and remodels, Shannon set out to create a studio rooted in beauty, purpose, and integrity—where each detail is thoughtfully considered, and every space feels elevated, personal, and made to be truly lived in.

Shannon earned her degree in interior design and has since built her expertise at established design studios, working across both commercial and residential projects. Her hands-on experience, including managing the construction side of design, gave her the confidence to launch a studio that reflects the same values she brings to her work. She lives in Midway, Utah, and finds her greatest joy in bringing her loved ones together—just as she does through the spaces she designs.
